  Private Lessons

Private Lessons meet weekly for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the student’s ability and preference, and are scheduled by teacher and student at mutually convenient times.

Recital  Group Instruction

Violin classes: In addition to continuing the Monday class for students who have been introduced to the violin through their school music programs, Dr. Patricia Cox will also be teaching a weekly violin class for complete beginners on Thursday afternoons in the fall semester of 2008 . Students must provide their own violins.

  Recitals

Recitals are held at the conclusion of every semester, allowing our students the opportunity to share their musical accomplishments with family and friends. All students are strongly encouraged to participate.

The Searcy Community School of Music is sponsored by the Searcy Arts Council, and is not affiliated with Harding University. We express our appreciation to the Department of Music for allowing us the use of their facilities.
